Principles

The key aspect for the selection of personnel is an interview with the candidate. Together with our clients we opt based on the individual initial situation for:

  • the Executive Search / direct address
  • advertisement-based recruitment or
  • e-recruitment

We base this on our specialist and industry expertise and thus provide our client with a secure basis for their recruitment decision. We proceed, depending on the task in hand in terms of the filling of a vacant position, in accordance with an individually developed consultancy sequence. The project is performed with due-diligence, conscientiousness and commitment based on clear rules and agreements with the clients.

In principle we strive for long-term cooperation with our business partners that is based on the high quality of our consultancy service. That is why we only assume personnel consultancy orders which we can successfully realise based on our specialist expertise. It goes without saying for us that we do not look to recruit candidates from the candidate's circle. We do not end the consultancy job until we have successfully completed the search and appointed an appropriate candidate.

Discretion comes as a matter of course for us. We treat all the information we are provided with in the strictest confidence. In this case the clients' and candidates' interests are viewed in the same way. The consultancy fee is bindingly agreed upon as a service fee. The amount is based on the position and the amount of research work involved. We offer clients who wish to engage in a longer cooperative arrangement customised framework agreements. We only perform orders which we receive exclusively to guarantee a professional approach and to avoid confusion in the market.
