CIO/CDO & Area functions for permanent positions

Within the framework of a scheduled filling, there is usually sufficient time to contrast possible internal candidates and potential external candidates, who may also come from the competitor. However, the recruitment of candidates for these divisional functions takes place in an environment with enormous dynamics. New technologies, a complex and culturally different environment require new requirement profiles and candidates that are often very difficult to find with the classic search strategy. At the same time, the importance of these tasks is increasing. The process must therefore be appropriate to this situation. Our consultants who take on such tasks therefore have both the industry expertise and the functional/digital expertise. Since first-class candidates are courted, one must not lose them in such a process through a lack of professionalism.

CIO/CDO & Area functions for interim tasks

It is increasingly the case that unscheduled, short-term appointments have to be made. Digital transformation processes can make quick new appointments necessary, which often have the character of a project. The acquisition of a personality directly from an applicant is therefore rather not possible. In this case, a solution must be found that is based on a sustainable network of one's own and on the use of publicly organised business networks.

CIO/CDO Personalities for control and advisory boards

Digital competence is, as of today, underrepresented in advisory and supervisory bodies. This will certainly change in the future. We are therefore organising networks and connecting lines to personalities relevant to this.
