It is increasingly the case that unscheduled, short-term appointments have to be made. Crises, transformation processes or transactions can make it necessary to fill a position quickly. The acquisition of a personality directly from a candidate is therefore rather not possible. In this case, a solution must be found that comes from a sustainable network. COO/CPO/CTO Personalities for control and advisory boards

Operations competence, i.e. competence with regard to technology and production, as well as supply chain, has a high priority in both legally regulated and voluntarily established supervisory bodies. We are in regular contact with active COOs, CPOs and CTOs, but also with COOs and CTOs who are no longer active in operations. We not only know their professional competence and personal characteristics, but also often their personal planning, so that the recommendation for a supervisory or advisory board function can be well-founded.
